To begin a return, please review our return policy and then use the form below.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you as store credit, minus our original shipping costs.
If your return and refund is denied, we will notify you via email.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Please follow the following return process:
1. Securely repack the items in your shipment. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Send the package to PO Box 20472, Louisville, KY 40250-0472 (Do not send via UPS, they do not deliver to PO Boxes)
3. Email us the tracking information to firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can monitor your return shipment's progress.
4. Once we receive the package, we will check the contents to make sure the items are resalable.
Note: If your package gets lost or we do not receive the goods back, we cannot issue a refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
